Kristen an artist, spiritual seeker, wife, and mother. Her life passion is helping mothers, creatives, healers, and paradigm shifters embrace the process of mothering themselves so they have the courage and tools to mother their lives, creations, and families with connectedness, presence, consciousness, and purpose.
Through providing a space of deep listening, neutrality, compassion, and non-judgment, Kristen acts as a spiritual midwife, helping clients birth and rebirth new versions of themselves and their ventures. With over 15 years of experience in mothering and healing work, Kristen weaves together elements of:

Kristen is the founder of the Light Body Alignment Method (LBAM), holds board certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) and Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), is a Certified Theta Touch Subconscious Release Practitioner (CTTP) and Certified Systemic and Family Constellations Facilitator. She is currently in The School of Intuitive Homeopathy, has completed Toko-pa Turner’s Dream School, and has done coursework in quantum DNA, ancient spiritual practices, extensive experience in Jungian psychology, inner child work, energy psychology, plant medicine, and functional health. Kristen brings a collective 15 years of experience into her work with clients.

In sessions, I hold space for your humanness and struggles to be seen so you can connect with your capacity for miracles. My goal is to help you learn that you are not a victim of your past, your health, or circumstances - in fact, some part of you is going through this journey to grow and become more empowered and more aligned with your soul’s purpose and more connected with the Divine.
As we work together, I will use and teach you frequency testing (also called muscle testing, energy testing, or kinesiology) to tap into your own body’s intelligence and see what it wants most and where its healing priorities are. This way of communicating with your body will not just build your inner connection and sense of discernment…it will also help you to know that you are the ultimate authority on your own wellness and healing.
