How many sessions does it take for people to see results?

This is very individualistic and depends on the level of toxicity, trauma, or deeply held subconscious beliefs that your body is carrying. I recommend that most people try no less than 6 sessions, AND it’s important to understand that our dis-eases take time to accumulate, so also take some time to balance again. Many people see results in the first few sessions and very often in other areas (emotionally, physically, or spiritually) that were related to the original cause of concern. For comprehensive healing with dedication to the personal work and the process, most clients see results within 6-18 months.

How does Family Constellations therapy work?

“Family Constellations can be explored in groups or individually. In groups, the trained facilitator selects a person from the group who wishes to work on something they want to shift in their life. This constellation will serve the entire group, because it will connect with ancestral memories in all members.

After briefly mentioning the issue and answering some strategic questions, (without getting into the "story"), the client or facilitator chooses members of the group (whom the seeker does not know) to represent different family members, or the issue itself, or related components, in order to uncover the hidden dynamics behind it.

Members, simply by intention, connect to what is known as the knowing field, the family soul, and are able to perceive sensations in their bodies, impulses or feelings about other members that help to bring to light what is not known consciously. Once the unconscious loyalties are seen, healing soul sentences may be used to restore the flow of love in the family system and experience it, and everything that happened with an open heart.

Constellations shift the inner image we have been carrying of what happened to us and restore a new empowering image that settles in our soul and creates shifts in our lives sometimes instantly and others over time. In group Family Constellations, everyone present receives insights and shifts, whether setting up one´s own constellation, participating as a representative in other's constellations or observing mindfully.” (Hellinger Institute)

For individual work, individuals go through the process outlined above, and a skilled facilitator helps the different elements of their dynamic to receive representation in the individual session space. It is equally as effective and profound as group work!

What is the difference between virtual and remote sessions?

Virtual sessions are live over Zoom with Kristen and the client. Remote sessions (usually for people where timing does not line up, or children who are under 5 or not local) involve determining what you would like to work on in a session, then Kristen does the energy work and frequency testing portion of the session at the scheduled time while the client is not on the phone. Remote sessions conclude with the client receiving a summary of their session as well as any supplement or lifestyle recommendations.

Do you accept insurance or offer Superbills?

I am a direct pay practice, and do not accept health insurance or provide superbills for your sessions.

What is the refund policy?

All sessions and services are non-refundable.

What is your cancellation policy?

All sessions have a 48 hour cancellation policy, which means you can make any changes up to 48 hours before your session start time without having a charge. The cancellation policy charge is the full cost of your scheduled session.
