MotherWell One-on-One Coaching Immersion

One-on-one signature coaching immersions are designed to meet you immersively where you are and walk with you through your interior transformation. MotherWell (TM) is not only for mothers, but comes from the vision that as a whole, many women are overworking, undernourished, exhausted, and in a cycle of constantly doing rather than flowing with life and being. When women come back to mothering and tending to themselves well, they can find a more abundant and expansive flow through feminine embodiment, relaxation, intentional self care and spiritual practices, and easeful ways of showing up in life.

This immersion is a great fit if you find yourself:

  • feeling uncomfortable stepping into your own power

  • confronting lingering habits and generational patterns that keep you from meaningfully pursuing your calling

  • struggling with overwork, physical, and emotional depletion

  • showing up for others and serving well, but having difficulty consistently meeting yourself and self-nurturing

  • ready to do anything it takes to come into self nurturance so you can nurture all the other aspects of your life

In these one-on-one sessions, Kristen helps you connect with the Divine and your heart through:

  • Parts Work & Inner Child Work

  • Spiritual health practices

  • Complimentary integrative energy medicine and holistic health practices

  • Dreamwork

  • Subconscious release techniques

  • Family Constellations practices

  • Somatic and creative practices to embody your shifts

After sessions, each month includes access to WhatsApp voice messaging with Kristen to experience the power of being witnessed through your dreams, synchronicities, “aha” moments, creative expressions, and big shifts in realtime as they unfold as well as ask questions.

These coaching opportunities take place within a 4 month container that includes:

  • 4 monthly 90-minute coaching and integrative energy sessions (value of $2220)

  • 4 months of realtime voice messaging through your growth process on WhatsApp with Kristen (value of $600)

  • Investment of $2000 for 4 months of the immersion or 4 monthly payments of $500 (payment plans available upon request)
