Finding Freedom: An Ancestral Healing Workshop

Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 10am-7pm

This is an all day workshop for you to drop into the quantum field and experience how generational experiences still shape our current day health, wealth, beliefs, and experiences.

We will do expansion practices throughout the day, with a 1-hour break for lunch (not provided), and explore themes of health, belief systems passed down generationally, finding the strength and gifts that flow through your lineage, and learning how to sit with hard questions through the lens of the soul.

Systemic and Family Constellations are a modality developed to help people zoom out of a human perspective of their symptoms and struggles, and be able to learn the root cause of imbalances at the soul level within family and collective systems. The practices have been described as “phenomenoligcal” and “miraculous,” but we’ll let you decide that for yourself!

Shatkti Power Yoga, located at 65 Music Square E. Nashville, TN 37203

What to bring:

  • a yoga mat or blankets and pillows and whatever will help you have a place to sit that is comfortable

  • a water bottle

  • an open mind

Cost to attend:

  • $222 general admission and participation

  • $322 to have your personal situation worked by the group (4 spots open for this)

Support + Constellations Group for Moms of Nonverbal Kids

Coming in 2026

This is a group space for regular check-ins, receiving emotional support and care, being witnessed by other women in a confidential container, and connecting with your kids at a soul level through group Constellations work.

Group details:

  • Meets twice per month (days to be determined)

  • Max of 12 women in the group and each woman will have the opportunity to have her personal dynamic with her child worked by the group

  • Enjoy a confidential and safe space to share your journey as a parent of an extraordinary child, receive encouragement, and be supported in sacred sisterhood

  • Investment for the group as a participant is $66 per month or one lump sum payment of $792

A class for self empowerment and connection to your intuition

This is my most requested class and a standard for helping individuals, practitioners, and parents connect with what their bodies and spirits need most to be in a balanced state of wellness.

In this class you will learn:

  • How to connect with your own body’s innate intelligence

  • How to get accurate information on food sensitivities, supplement preferences, and wellness choices that are individualized for exactly what your body needs

  • Skills for connecting to your child or client to muscle test what they require

  • The right kinds of questions to ask for the most accurate results

  • How to stay unbiased and clear in your testing techniques

A Constellations, Art, and Homeopathy Group

This is a 4 month Constellations, art, and homeopathy group aimed especially at helping individuals and families with children who have complex health diagnoses to connect with the gifts in their lineage and receive the answers that can help open you and your family to the flow of Divine abundance and deep, lasting wellness. We will use homeopathic remedies and and ancestral gifts through the Constellations to align with the solutions that can bring you relief and new direction for your healing journey.

  • Homeopathy remedies will be explored in the Constellation expansion practices to help shift and balance situations and themes of abundance and receiving

  • Art practices will be explored as we drop into the expansion exercises
